District 905 Dance Studio is located at 121 Bridge Street, Unit 7, Bradford, Ontario L3Z 3H3. This policy describes how we handle information submitted through our website inquiry form.

Information you provide

Our inquiry form asks for a parent or guardian’s name and email address and the dancer’s name. You may also provide a phone number, dancer age, program interests, dance experience, preferred day or time, and a message. Please provide only information relevant to your inquiry. Do not include payment card details or sensitive health information. A parent or guardian should submit inquiries for a child.

How we use your information

We use inquiry information to answer your questions, discuss trial classes and programs, and arrange the next steps you request. Submitting an inquiry does not add you to a marketing mailing list.

Who handles your information

Inquiry information is handled by studio staff and the website and email service providers needed to receive and respond to your message. We do not share inquiries with other organizations for marketing. Our website is hosted by Web Hosting Canada and uses WPForms to provide the inquiry form.

How long we keep inquiries

After responding, we file inquiry correspondence for reference. We do not currently have a fixed deletion schedule for these messages. To ask about information we hold or request its deletion, contact us using the details below.

Registration and external links

Registration and family account links take you to Studio Pro, a separate service. Review the privacy information provided there before creating an account or submitting registration or payment details. Our Instagram and Facebook links also take you to separate services with their own privacy practices. This inquiry policy does not describe all records collected during enrollment.

Website operation

The website uses hosting, security and caching services to operate and protect its pages and forms. These services may process technical information such as IP addresses and browser requests. Cookies may be used for website functions, including administrator sign-in.
